Among the sparkling vignettes Coulter provides is the scene in Tuscumbia, Ala. –home to the national headquarters of the KKK. This provides a most interesting glimpse into the utter hypocrisy of the left. Carter, just another in a string of coldly cynical Democrats running for president (and winning), pandered to the worst elements for votes, then turned around and declared himself a champion for civil rights.

And notice how Michelle Obama has jumped into the fray. Coulter points out that when the Obamas appeared on “60 Minutes” the day after Barack declared his candidacy for president, Steve Kroft asked Michelle if she feared “some crazy person with a gun.”

As the smooth propagandist she is, the future first lady replied, “I don’t lose sleep over it, because the realities are that, you know, as a black man, Barack can get shot going to the gas station.”

How many black men have been shot going to the gas station in the last few decades? Hmm? Presumably, this was before Michelle came to feel proud of her country for the first time, but it shows again the icy pragmatism used by the left.

Coulter provides a bevy of important stories that show the mainstream media stonewall when it comes to black-on-white hate crimes – all the while keeping the reverse in front of the public for decades.

D.C. STATION SHUTS DOWN POLITICAL SPEECH

Airtime purchase refused for 'Come and Take It'- WND

A Washington, D.C., radio station has refused to sell airtime for a political statement from the writer-actor-singer who performed for years as television’s Buck Howdy – deeming it too “controversial.”

“How sad that we live in a time when a message supporting the Constitution is deemed too controversial,” Grammy-winning musician Steve Vaus, creator of the Buck Howdy character, told WND today.

He has recorded a song that defies those advocating gun confiscation with one of the slogans of the Texas Revolution, “Come and take it.”

Vaus said he had attempted to purchase air time on WMAL News/Talk to play his recording, but was rejected.

An email from General Sales Manager Todd Freundlich, forwarded by Vaus, said, “After reviewing the spot with my program director we have determined that it is too controversial for us to air.”

His email continued, “Sorry that we can’t help you with this but if I can answer any additional questions please let me know.”

It doesn’t appear, however, that the bump in the road will stop Vaus.

“Nothing will stop me from getting this message heard in Washington, D.C. If I have to stand in front of the White House and the Capitol Building with a boom box so be it,” Vaus said.

He had requested the prices and information for a one-minute spot, he said.

WND previously had reported the song, “Come and Take It,” was written to rally gun owners with its remember-the-Alamo-like message.

A music video also was produced with a special message for Barack Obama and members of Congress.

Though the song itself is more vague, the video leaves no doubt who Vaus is talking to in the lyrics.

“Mr. President, members of Congress,” Vaus says in the opening to the video, “you’ve been making a lot of noise about taking our guns away. But you might want to review history.

“1835. Gonzales, Texas Territory,” Vaus continues. “The authorities wanted to confiscate the big gun that protected that colony. You know what the people said? ‘Come and take it.’ Because they were willing to fight for their freedom and their guns. So are we.”

The video then launches into the pointed chorus: “Come and take it if you want it. Come and take it if you think you can. Come and take it, but we’ll warn you, you’ll have to pry it from our cold, dead hands.”

Group launches Sheriff Arpaio recall effort

All the work that Sheriff Joe Arpaio has done to investigate the authenticity of Barack Hussein Obama's birth certificate, and he is now being recalled. 

A political group called Respect Arizona has filed paperwork with the Arizona Secretary of State’s office to launch a campaign to recall Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

Randy Parraz, co-founder of Citizens for Better Arizona, said the recall effort which recently launched has not raised any money. When it does, the Respect Arizona committee will file the appropriate financial reports.

Parraz said Citizens for Better Arizona will make a donation to the effort but that an amount has not been determined.

Citizens for a Better Arizona last year waged a failed “Joe's Got to Go” campaign to defeat Arpaio in his re-election bid. Parraz said that’s because Arpaio took advantage of the huge interest in the presidential and congressional races, amassing a huge war chest through out-of-state campaign contributions.

Arpaio’s opponents were at a competitive disadvantage, Parraz said.

“We feel that it wasn’t a leveled playing field,” he said of the 2012 elections.

Parraz believes a recall election wiould be different.

Respect Arizona will need to collect more than 350,000 valid signatures in the next 120 days to force a recall election, according to the petition gatherers.

Arpaio was elected in November to his sixth consecutive term in office, in one of the closest races he has endured. Arpaio received nearly 680,000 votes to best his closest opponent, former Phoenix police Sgt. Paul Penzone, who finished with nearly 600,000 votes. A third candidate, former Scottsdale police Lt. Mike Stauffer, received about 62,000 votes.

Arpaio filed paperwork last week indicating that he plans to run again in 2016, when he will be 84 years old.

Arpaio’s campaign manager released a statement in response to the recall election questioning why the effort was undertaken months after the election, and calling on the recall campaign to release the names of donors.

The group held a news conference Thursday about the recall effort and organizers were not immediately available for comment. The group’s treasurer has spoken out against Arpaio at County Board of Supervisors meetings in the past, and Randy Parraz, a vocal Arpaio opponent who also participated in an effort to recall former Senate president Russell Pearce returned a phone call to the group’s headquarters.

It will not be the first time Arpaio has faced a recall effort.

The Committee to Recall Arpaio formed in 2005 and disbanded in 2006 without forcing a recall election.

Arizonans for the U.S. Constitution and Recall of Joe Arpaio formed in 2007 and disbanded in 2008, also without forcing a recall election.

OBAMA CAMPAIGN ALERT ON GUNS HAS ZERO IMPACT

Last Friday, the Obama campaign fired up its vaunted voter machine and urged supporters to call Congress in support of gun control. The email alert to Obama's list of more than 20 million supporters was intended to flood Congress with calls in support of the President's gun control proposals. After a week, it is clear the effort fizzled.

The Obama campaign's action alert last week tickled lefty journalists like BuzzFeed's Ben Smith. The White House stenographer took to twitter to boast about the mobilization.

Yeah, not so much.

Breitbart News talked with a dozen Congressional offices, in both the Senate and the House. None reported any increase in calls as a result of Obama's action alert. One Senate office said that, in the week since the alert went out, they had received around 20 calls in support of gun control and around 150 in support of gun rights.

Without a doubt, Obama has built an impressive turnout machine for elections. His campaign has vowed to use this to mobilize on issues important to the White House. This initial failure, however, suggests it will be difficult to translate voter's personal support of the President to specific issues.

Educators vote to put armed guards in schools- Mark Zaretsky

(NEW HAVEN REGISTER) NEWTOWN — The Board of Education, with several parents who have called for additional security looking on, voted unanimously Thursday night to request police school resource officers for all four elementary schools for next year, in addition to security officers in the budget.

The Board of Selectmen still needs to approve the request because, as sworn cops, the resource officers would be in the town budget.

The resource officers would be new for Sandy Hook, Head O’Meadow, Hawley and Middle Gate elementary schools. Newtown High School, Newtown Middle School and Reed Intermediate School all already have an officer.

The talk host contended Obama’s nomination of former Republican Sen. Chuck Hagel as defense secretary is evidence that Obama himself embodies the infiltration of the Muslim Brotherhood.

“You want to look into Obama’s soul?” Levin asked, then look at Hagel.

“What kind of commander-in-chief would nominate somebody like Chuck Hagel to be secretary of defense?” he asked.

[T]he bill prohibits the sale, manufacture, transfer and importation of 157 of the most commonly-owned military-style assault weapons. Violence Policy Center: Gun Industry Launched Campaign To Attempt To Rebrand Assault Weapons As "Modern Sporting Rifles." A June 2011 report on the militarization of firearms by gun manufacturers described how opponents of assault weapons bans have attempted to obfuscate the issue with semantic arguments, launching a media campaign to paint semi-automatic assault weapons as sporting rifles:

The Civilian Marksmanship Program

One of the things I dislike intensely is the attempt to re-write history.

The assertion that the 2nd amendment was never intended to allow private citizens to own military style weapons is a particularly obnoxious, ideologically-driven example of willful ignorance.

Other writers have done extensive research on the intentions and meanings of the amendment to those who proposed, adopted & ratified the amendments in 1791.

Overlooked in the debate (at least so far I haven’t seen any citation) has been the quiet, ongoing work of providing military rifles and training to citizens carried out by the Civilian Marksmanship Program for the past 110 years. Recently converted to a congressionally chartered 501(c)(3) corporation, the CMP continues to receive donated .22 and .30 caliber rifles directly from the US Army and provides them at cost to civilians. Before 1996, the CMP was administered directly by the US Army.

“Any U.S. citizen who is not legally prohibited from owning a firearm may purchase a military surplus rifle from the CMP, provided they are a member of a CMP affiliated club.” There are CMP clubs in all 50 states. There are 139 such clubs in TN alone.

The CMP has been providing military grade weapons to US citizens since 1903.

The main infantry battle rifle of WW2, the Garand M1 has been available for years, and continues to be sold – including “sniper” models. You can also buy a Garand bayonet.

Oh, and by the way, the M1 Garand clip (it uses a clip, not a magazine) holds 8 rounds. Every M1 Garand 8-round clip has just been declared a prohibited, contraband item by the New York state legislature – at the same time that the US government is supplying those clips from their armory surpluses to the CMP for sale to civilians.

Military-style rifles, with high-capacity clips, and not just bayonet lugs, but actual bayonets – sold the the US public by the US Army. The horrors!

And a stubborn fact that destroys the argument that the 2nd amendment was never intended to allow civilians to own military-style rifles.

They hate seeing American Black men loudly, proudly defend America, free markets, the Judeo-Christian ethic, and traditional values.

Doing this means no need for central management from the DNC and other communist controllers.

Liberals see Black folks as goose-stepping goons and basket cases on speed dial for their latest “Anything Goes!” schemes.

I often compare him to Malcolm X, another pugilistic plain talker who, unlike the former Congressman, aggressively promoted racial separation before renouncing it.

West promotes racial unity as part of a muscular American nationalism anyone can join.

Every group’s uphill climb, ours included, was so we could be citizens, not flunkies liberals use to extort money and sovereignty from America’s shrinking majority.

Allen West, like the aforementioned Malcolm X and Muhammad Ali, shows how one vocal visionary can impact society.

Our generation had barriers swept from our path, which many forefathers died thinking they would never fall.

I call us the first free generation of American Blacks, and we frankly should be much more like West than agitators mumbling division and criminality.

As the first February observance of what I’ve re-named American History Month (aka Black Liberal History Month) approaches, I’ve dedicated it to US Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, his generation’s conservative standard bearer.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t add I’m an Allen West American- loud and proud when need be!

Allen West answers a rhetorical question I’ve had for years. I ask, “When do we Black folks born here finally call ourselves Americans?”

Gun control supporters urge Obama to bypass Congress on new measures

As Congress debates various gun control measures, President Obama is publicly putting the heat on Capitol Hill.

"The only way that we're going to be able to do everything that needs to be done is with the cooperation of Congress," he said Monday while hosting law enforcement officials from around the country.

But Supporters of tougher gun controls are growing increasingly worried lawmakers won't pass any substantial measures and have begun to focus their efforts elsewhere. A number of Obama allies across the country have called on public employee pension funds to divest of any holdings linked to the gun industry.

"City of Los Angeles pension funds should not go to profit companies that produce weapons designed to maximize carnage and death," Mayor Antonia Villaraigosa vowed.

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, a former Obama White House chief of staff, has made the same commitment and gone a step further. Emanuel has authored letters to Bank of America and TD Bank because they maintain multimillion-dollar lines of credit for major gun manufacturers. In the letters, Emanuel urges the banks to use their influence to "push" the manufacturers to go along with the president's tough new gun controls.

We take communication for granted because if we want to talk to someone we have multiple ways of contacting them: home phones, cell phones, email, and instant messaging. We are used to instant gratification by calling or texting and pretty much getting an immediate response from virtually everyone on our contact list. But after all the electronic infrastructure is gone, how will we get in contact with people? Cell phones, landlines, and the internet will be useless. However there are multiple radio options. Which ones will be of the best use and which ones will be basically useless?

General Mobile Radio Service (GMRS), Family Radio Service (FRS) and Multi-Use Radio Service (MURS) use basic handheld radios that are available commercially with pre-programmed frequencies. The person responsible for the GMRS radio must be licensed by the FCC, while FRS and MURS users do not require a license. These are all basically high end walkie talkies. The upside: easy to use, inexpensive and requires no training. The down side: there are only 23 channels on GMRS, 14 on FRS and 5 on MURS and when all other forms of communications are unavailable they will be overloaded and basically useless. Another drawback is that they are basically line of site communication only. In other words, you will have to be very close to who you want to speak to for them to hear you.

Citizen Band (CB) is a step up from the previously mentioned radio communication possibilities. CB radio is easy to use and requires no training or license. CB allows communication on 40 pre-programmed frequencies. Like the other radio options the major problem is with the limited number of frequencies, they will be overloaded. Range is also limited to around 2 to 5 miles.

The GMRS, FRS, and MURS systems are only useful for small groups to communicate with each other while they are in proximity of each other. They are not useful to communicate with other groups or people outside your immediate area. CB radio falls in the same category. Other forms of radio communications which are utilized by police, fire, EMS and military require outside equipment such as repeaters and infrastructure to operate properly. In other words the radio is rather useless without the other equipment that you have no control over (or might not be able to acquire).

Amateur Radio (Ham) provides users with the most versatility when considering post SHTF communication scenarios. The positive aspects of Ham radio are many: there are no pre-programmed frequencies, a Ham operator can program the frequencies of their choice. Sure in a functioning government you may only transmit on certain frequencies but after T-SHTF an experienced Ham operator may use any frequency they wish. Other pros: range is unlimited, many Ham operators contact people around the world and you can pick up weather channels and short wave frequencies. The downside: an FCC license is needed, users much pass a written test to prove they are worthy. Additionally equipment is more expensive.

‘IT’S DEAD, DEAD, DEAD’: JUSTICE SCALIA BLASTS SCHOOLCHILDREN WHO DON’T UNDERSTAND THE CONSTITUTION

Justice Antonin Scalia’s outspoken advocacy for originalism has on occasion reached controversial heights. Certainly, that may well be the case with his most recent comments, excoriating schoolchildren for misinterpreting the constitution (or, one supposes, for accepting their teachers’ willful misinterpretation):

On Monday, Scalia had a different target for his ire. He complained of schoolchildren who visit the Supreme Court and call the Constitution a “living document.”

“It’s not a living document,” Scalia said, according to the Dallas Morning News. “It’s dead, dead, dead.”

Scalia also suggested on Monday night that his strict interpretation of the Constitution sometimes forces him to write opinions that conflict with his personal beliefs.

This issue – that of the “living constitution” – has been a pet peeve of Scalia’s for a while.

MEDIA FALSELY CLAIMS GUN ACTIVISTS HECKLED FATHER OF MURDERED NEWTOWN BOY

Tuesday morning, many in the media went all in with a sanctimonious attack against gun-rights supporters, whom they accused of heckling Neil Heslin, the parent of a six-year-old boy murdered in the Sandy Hook massacre. The only problem is that it was all a lie. Mr. Heslin was not heckled.

If you look at the full, unedited tape (which was first obtained by Twitchy), you'll see that after 15 minutes of the audience remaining respectfully silent as Mr. Heslin spoke out against assault weapons, he then turns to ask the audience a direct question:

I ask if there’s anybody in this room that can give me one reason or challenge this question … why anybody in this room needs to have one of these assault-style weapons or military weapons or high-capacity clips.

Mr. Heslin then pauses waiting for someone in the audience to answer. His question is respectfully asked but no one says a word.

Then Mr. Heslin says: "Not one person can answer that question."

And it's only then that a few people do answer the question, and do so respectfully.

The full, unedited video proves the media is lying. This is not heckling, this is someone respectfully asking a question and receiving a respectful answer.

Compromise… Another Alinsky Tactic

In a recent Fox News article, the President is suggesting yet again that the Republicans and Conservatives in the House will not “compromise”, this time on the gun control debate. But theoretically, you can insert any issue here.

Compromise. This President and the Democrat Party throw this word around constantly in order to persuade the American people that they do try to meet their opposition in the middle, but those “conservatives” are the ones who will not budge.

What does “compromise” really mean to these people, though? I think we can look to Saul Alinsky’s “Rules For Radicals” for the answer to that. In fact, he has described it pretty clearly in his chapter, A Word About Words.

He writes:

Compromise is another word that carries shades of weakness, vacillation, betrayal of ideals, surrender of moral principles… But to the organizer, compromise is a key and beautiful word… If you start with nothing, demand 100 percent, then compromise for 30 percent, you are 30 percent ahead.

Could this be why our country is in the shape it is today? Have Republicans and Conservatives been “compromising for too long? I will argue yes. Our principles, our values, and our freedoms have been compromised away. Roe v. Wade, Immigration, Gun Rights, Debt, Education, National Security and Foreign Policy. You name it; Republicans have compromised.

Treasonous CBS: 'LET'S GIVE UP ON THE CONSTITUTION'

Americans have been asked to give our guns, a natural right given to us by God and the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution. It is treasonous to even suggest such a thing. Apparently Professor Seidman is testing the waters to see if the American public is even going to put up with such rhetoric. "President" Obama, a man who somehow made it to the White House as our sitting president without so much as a background check, would be more than happy to hear that his royal subjects, his uninformed voters, would go along with such bizarre and radical tactic.

I've got a simple idea: Let's give up on the Constitution. I know, it sounds radical, but it's really not. Constitutional disobedience is as American as apple pie. For example, most of our greatest Presidents -- Jefferson, Lincoln, Wilson, and both Roosevelts -- had doubts about the Constitution, and many of them disobeyed it when it got in their way.

To be clear, I don't think we should give up on everything in the Constitution. The Constitution has many important and inspiring provisions, but we should obey these because they are important and inspiring, not because a bunch of people who are now long-dead favored them two centuries ago. Unfortunately, the Constitution also contains some provisions that are not so inspiring. For example, one allows a presidential candidate who is rejected by a majority of the American people to assume office. Suppose that Barack Obama really wasn't a natural-born citizen. So what? Constitutional obedience has a pernicious impact on our political culture. Take the recent debate about gun control. None of my friends can believe it, but I happen to be skeptical of most forms of gun control. I understand, though, that's not everyone's view, and I'm eager to talk with people who disagree."

If a criminal was at your front door trying to break it down, what is the first thing that you would do? Would you open the door and welcome him in? Maybe ask him if he wants a cold drink while he is going through your gun cabinet? I know, bring him a plate of cookies while he rummages through the jewelry cabinet, unashamedly tossing all your finest treasures in a tote bag without even wrapping them carefully. No, wait...I know, let's give him the keys to the front door, so that he can come back and rob you of more treasures after you replace what he took the first time. 

The U.S. Constitution is our security system, the 2nd Amendment is the key to the front door. If we willingly give up the 2nd Amendment, or fail to protect it adequately, the robber will just use the key to the door and enter at will. If we give up the U.S. Constitution entirely, there will be no need for the 2nd Amendment, even if we keep the door locked (keep our guns), the robber will just come in through the window and unlock the door (attack civilians attempting to protect themselves and their country).

Our Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution with people like Professor Seidman in mind, and Barack Obama, or whatever his real name is. Not only is it our right to retain the Constitution, but it is our duty to protect and uphold it as steadfastly as we possibly can. You see, there are a number of people who would love to see us give in, and give up the Constitution. Because if you can't disarm the public, you can at least disarm the security system. And I don't know about you, but I wouldn't let anyone in my front door who is not welcome.

It's time to stand up, speak out, and hold tight to our United States Constitution. Our Founding Fathers were able to foresee this as a possibility. E Pluribus Unum - Out of many, one. We, the people. The people of the United States. Without the our U.S. Constitution we will be many people, scattered, without a country.

Dear Dr Taitz,

Got my last call on the matter today and no-one knows about this matter
other than what was written in this article. One knowledgeable person added
that probably no will ever know the answer for sure. Although none contacted know
any more than this article, that went viral, most have their own opinions and
don’t put it past a reality. As such people are adopting a heightened awareness
and those with a good overall feel (retired military) for the political crises the
Republic faces have a positive mindset that the military if given the order to fire
on mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, grand parents, friends and neighbors
will simply lay down their guns or turn on those giving any UN constitutional orders.
Most know their Constitutional and legal duty not to engage against civilians, foreign or
domestic and the sever consequences if they do. It would be a treasonous mistake
to give an order to the military to go against the Constitution and the Laws. I certainly
would not want to be in the shoes of any politician, elected or appointed, that issued
an order to the contrary because the majority of the military would quickly with deadly
force turn on whoever (civilian or military) was foolish or demented enough to go after Americans with military force for any kind of reason. I’ll also add that most Constitutional
Sheriff’s and Constitutional Governor’s would absolutely not join in such folly.

If by chance anyone who would be foolish enough to plot the takeover of the United States and We The People (the Sovereigns) I suspect it would be their final mistake
simply because enough real American’s have awakened to what is happening and now far out number any and all possible UN-American treason.

Millions are awaiting your meeting with the SCOTUS and the outcome as they feel
that will be the final test to see if there is any hope for those elected and appointed in-
side the District of Columbia to be on the side of the Constitution and the American people. I wish you all the luck in the world to make them understand that their duty is
Constitutional and not political and if anyone can do that it will be you.
